NCV looks for value – add opportunities. Properties that are in need of repair and management are where NCV finds great interest. It is the company’s expertise in the capitalization and implementation of the turnaround plan that NCV excels. Our staff has great depth and experience in understanding how to achieve the greatest impact on the tenants and the community to obtain the greatest returns.

NCV has been obtaining financing with institutional partners for 30 years. We do not enter into contracts
where the source of capitalization is not easily identified. Our relationships provide the availability of the institutions to give us a quick response in their interest in specific apartment opportunities and their markets.
